The Alberta Guangzhou Office (AGZO) was established in 2016 and is located within the Consulate of Canada in Guangzhou. We serve the southern China region: Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Hunan and Jiangxi province.
The AGZO
- facilitates and enhances trade and investment activities between Alberta and companies in southern China, focusing primarily on energy and clean tech, advanced industries, agriculture and forestry, education, tourism and culture;
- provides support to Alberta businesses in identifying opportunities in southern China;
- assists companies in southern China to identify investment opportunities in Alberta;
- introduces companies in southern China to potential partners.
