Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centre -
The proposed project is going to create a new mental health facility for children in Edmonton. The Alberta government will provide $200M, while The Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation will provide $26M. It will be located east of the Glenrose [Read More]

Interchange: 65 Avenue - Highway 2 -
The proposed interchange will include:

-A new bridge over the QEII, adjacent to the existing 50 Street bridge in Leduc.
-New on-ramps from the QEII and improvements to some existing ramps.

Prairie Sunlight Solar Project -
The proposed project will construct 57 megawatts of solar generating capacity near Vauxhall by German firm Innogy SE. The project will generate enough electricity to power up to 12,500 homes upon completion. Map location is not precise.

Carmangay Grain Elevator -
The project consists of a new 42,000-tonne grain elevator in Carmangay that will have transportation infrastructure to load 134-grain car trains per hour.

South Calgary Solar Farm -
The proposed project consists of a 25 Mw solar farm that will sit on 156 acres of land off Barlow Trail SE in Calgary. The solar farm would contain 1,576 solar panels and power up to 4,500 homes.

Suffield Solar Project -
The solar project will construct 23 megawatts of generating capacity to power up to 7,400 homes in southern Alberta, near Suffield. Map location is not precise.

112th Street Condominium Development -
The proposed project will build two high-rise condo towers on a vacant lot located along 112th Street near the University of Alberta. The complex will contain up to 444 units total upon completion.

Prana Living Apartments -
Construction of a 200,000-square-foot apartment complex that includes six-story above grade, and two-story below grade underground parking. Entire complex will have 220 units, located in Skyview.

Crowsnest Pass Seniors Lodge -
Construction of a new seniors lodge to replace the 58-bed York Creek facility in Blairmore. The new facility will contain 85 fully accessible units (61 supportive living, 24 supportive living with dementia care).

Coventry Hills/Country Hills Village Second Elementary School -
Construction of a new K - 4 school that will be able to accommodate up to 600 students.

Evergreen Second Elementary School (K-4) -
Construction of a new K-4 elementary school that will accommodate up to 600 students in the Evergreen neighbourhood of Calgary.

Cranston K-4 Elementary School -
Construction of a new K - 4 schools in the Cranston neighbourhood of south Calgary. It will open to 600 students in the fall of 2020.

Forest Lawn High School Modernization -
The modernization of the Forest Lawn High School will be completed in two phases. Phase one will update CTS spaces, while phase two will renovate 12 classrooms, 3 computer lab, and demolition of the southwest wing of the school.

Morinville Affordable Housing Project -

Fort Chipewyan Solar Farm -
The proposed solar farm is expected to supply approximately 25 per cent of Fort Chipewyans energy and annually replace 800,000 litres of diesel fuel. A battery storage system will store 1.5 MWh of power.

Fort Saskatchewan Affordable Housing Project -

Belmont Street Townhomes -
Construction of 4 townhouse blocks containing 20 units in the new Belmont neighbourhood in south Calgary.

4 projects with a combined value of $49.5M are now under construction for the month of February 2019

Woodhaven Middle School Modernization -
The project will upgrade and modernize the Woodhaven Middle School over three phases.

Tim Hortons Distribution Centre -
Construction of a 10,000 square foot, two stories above grade office development, along with a 126,000 square foot, 125 space distribution facility in the CN South Customer Warehouse Lands (SCWL).

North District Commercial Development -
Development that will consist of 3 buildings (representing 42,000+ square feet. The project will contain 7 retail bay, along with office space.

Lake Louise Water Infrastructure Upgrades -
Construction of new sewage lift station and forcemain to service the Harry's Hill neighborhood in Lake Louise. Access road improvements to the reservoir site. Construction of a new watermain to connect the new potable water reservoir to the existing [Read More]

Wapiti Gas Plant -
Construction of Wapiti Gas Plant with the capacity to process up to 20,000 MMcf/d of raw sour gas and 20,000 barrels/day of condensate.

Brookfield Place Cenovus Office Fit Up -
Plans call for the interior fit-up of the new Cenovus office space within the Brookfield Place East Tower. The project will begin with floors 43 to 53.

North Central Co-op at Chappelle -
Construction of a one-story 43,077 square foot grocery development in the Chappelle area of Edmonton. The project will also feature a gas station and car wash.

Materials Recovery Facility -
Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) will sort recycling from the new City of Lethbridge cart program.

4th Street Underpass -
