The Glenbow Museum will be renovated and modernized into a world-class gallery space.

The Government of Alberta has committed $40M to the project on February 21, 2020.

Red Deer Regional Hospital Expansion - https://majorprojects.alberta.ca/details/Red-Deer-Regional-Hospital-Expansion/4050
Expansion and refurbishment of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre. Phase one of the expansion is expected to cost $100 million. Construction is planned for 2021.

The project will modernize the Victoria Park/Stampede C-Train Station. The platforms will also be enlarged, lowered, and create tow at grade pedestrian crossings.

Details include the extension of 17th Street, including crossing over Macleod Trail, through Stampede Park, and over the Elbow River.

The project aims to replace Airdries' ageing library with a new library at the site of Airdries' former fire hall on Main Street. Functional planning is underway and the project aims to be completed in 2024.

A nordic spa will be constructed just west of Calgary, near the Harmony Discovery Centre. The $45-million spa will be the largest in Canada once it's completed.

The National accessArts Centre will be built at the former site of the Fairview Arena, which suffered a rood collapse in February 2018.

Modernization of the old Foremost Calgary South facility, with the addition of office space to support Rosen's operations.

A building permit was issued for the project on February 19, 2020.

The new fire hall in Langdon will feature 15,000 square feet of space on 1.5 acres of land. It will replace the existing fire hall, which was built in 1992 in an adapted grader shed.
