The Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health will be home to a mental health walk-in service, intensive outpatient therapy and a day hospital program. The facility is being built in the Hounsfield Heights - Briar Hill neighbourhood in Calgary.

Plans call for the construction of two 6-storey apartment buildings, and a 101 stall underground parkade. There will also be a flexible commercial space available for lease. The bid date has been set for December 2, 2019.

The project involves expanding the domestic security area of the Edmonton International Airport. The new area will be 280% larger and feature modernized security screening technologies.

The project involves the construction of a 6 storey self-storage building known as the Bow City Self Storage.

A building permit was issued for the project on November 18, 2019.
