Rattlesnake Ridge Wind Project -

Goodwin at Belmont Townhomes -
Three-story, 178 units phased development featuring two and three bedroom townhomes located in southeast Calgary

Stettler Grain Terminal -
Construction of a new 42,000 tonne grain terminal in Stettler, than is located on the CP Rail line. A railway loop track will be built that can accommodate a 150-car unit train. Construction is expected to be complete in 2020.

Apex 2 Warehouse Distribution Centre -
The project will see a new warehouse distribution centre built in Northwest Edmonton's Mistatim Industrial Area at 14010 164 Street. The warehouse will measure approximately 316,700 square feet.

Roozen Family Hospice Centre -
A hospice care facility will be built at 9808 - 148 Street in the Crestwood neighbourhood in west Edmonton. The facility will support a maximum of 12 residents. A building permit was issued on October 22, 2019.

Milner Building Residential Conversion -
The project will convert the 12 storey Milner commercial building into a residential apartment complex that will feature an estimated 200 apartment units, with retail along the ground level.

Apex 1 Warehouse Distribution Centre -
The project will see a new warehouse distribution centre built in Northwest Edmonton's Mistatim Industrial Area at 16910-140 Avenue. The warehouse will measure approximately 216,900 square feet.

This project is to construct exterior and interior alterations to the Muttart Conservatory. The modernization project will take 18 months to complete.

Regatta at Auburn Bay -
The scope includes a 4 storey condo complex in the Auburn Bay neighbourhood in Calgary. The 48 condos range from 552 to 1,028 square feet and will be completed in the first half of 2021.

Landmark Movie Theatre - Tamarack -
Landmark will be constructing an 8 plex cinema in the Tamarack neighbourhood of Edmonton. A building permit was issued for the cinema on October 21, 2019.

Stonehaven Apartments - Phase 2 -
Construction of an apartment building on top of an existing parkade in the Walker neighbourhood of south Edmonton. The apartment will have 48 units upon completion.

A building permit was issued for the project on October 21, 2019.

Canada Post Calgary Office Expansion -
The project will create additional office space at the Canada Post distribution centre located in Northeast Calgary (2777 Sunridge Boulevard NE).

A building permit was issued for the project on October 9, 2019.

Bear Street Shared Street Reconstruction -
The project will work on street beautification, implement traffic calming measures, and create a barrier-free street so cyclists, pedestrians, and vehicles can share the road equally.

Banff issued an RFP for the project Oct 10, 2019.

103 Street Centre Lobby Renovation -
The project aims to modernize the 103 Street Centre in downtown Edmonton. The scope includes renovations to the lobby, main floor washrooms, fitness centre, conference centre, and tenant lounge.

Seafood City Supermarket Fit Up -
The project includes interior alteration to a tenant build-out of an existing vacant retail space. The Sea Food City Supermarket will occupy the space previously occupied by Home Outfitters.

Alberta Industrial Heartland Waterline Loop -

Points West Living Red Deer Expansion -
Points West Living will add 150 assisted living units (75 long-term care, 75 dementia care) to the north side of its existing 139 unit facility. Project is located at 6950 Taylor Drive and is estimated to be complete in 2021.

CX Grandin -
The project involves the construction of a 21 storey, 221 unit residential complex in the Grandin neighbourhood in Edmonton.

The View Residential Tower -
The project involves the construction of a 23 storey tower that will contain 178 residential suites in the Grandin neighbourhood, in central Edmonton. The tower is estimated to reach 249ft in height upon completion.

Templemont Affordable Housing -
The project will build the Templemont Affordable Housing Project in Calgary's northeast on the site of the former Temple Anglican Church. The project will contain 120 units (70 for supportive living and 50 for seniors with low income).

Chappelle East K-9 School -
Construction of a new K-9 school in Chappelle East. Location is yet to be determined.

Calgary Bobsled & Luge Track Renovation -
The project consists of renovating the refrigeration system, removal of 72 meters of track, and renewal of the remaining section of track which is 30+ years old and is at the end of its lifespan.

Shepard Station Suburban Office Campus Building 1 -
The Shepard Suburban Office Campus is a 33-acre site which will house 850,000 square feet of office development. Building #1 includes a four-storey class “A” building comprised of 85,000 ft2 of leasable space. Construction began in late 2019.

The project involves the construction of building #16 of The Rise in the Parks of Harvest Hills. This project is creating a new townhome complex near the Deerfoot Trail in north Calgary.

The Strathcona Hotel Redevelopment -
The project will redevelop one of Edmonton's oldest buildings, the Strathcona Hotel which was built in 1891. The project will contain office and retail space while modernizing the building and preserving all heritage elements.

Construction of a cast in place concrete spillway to at the Bassano Dam. The new spillway will be able to handle 70% more water flow than what was experienced during the Southern Alberta floods in 2013.

E11even - Harley Court Apartments Conversion -
Conversion of a 15 story office tower, known as Harley Court into a 177 unit apartment complex featuring 1 & 2 bedroom units. Development is known as E11even.

Protective Service Building Expansion -
Construction of a new 53,000 square foot $27M RCMP detachment to serve both Spruce Grove and Stoney Plain.

Baytex Energy Centre (Peace Regional Recreation Centre) -
The Peace Regional Recreation Centre will contain one NHL sized rink, one multi-use field house, a three lane walking track, a fitness room, three multipurpose community rooms, and an indoor children’s play space.

Roadwork - 183294 -
Details outside the paving and repair of Highway 22 north of Drayton Valley to Highway 16. There will also be intersection improvements to the Hwy 22/16 interchange, including street lights.

City Hall and Churchill Square Upgrades -
The project will renovate Churchill square, and open a new fountain/skating rink in front of the building on the former pool site.

Roadwork - 18862 -
The project will rehabilitate Highway 43 between Whitecourt and Mayerthorpe.

Metis Crossing Cultural Center -
The new Metis Crossing Cultural Center will provide 10,000 ft2 of gathering spaces, meeting rooms, classrooms, exhibits and interpretive spaces to engage visitors on metis culture and history.
