Points West Living Red Deer Expansion -
Points West Living will add 150 assisted living units (75 long-term care, 75 dementia care) to the north side of its existing 139 unit facility. Project is located at 6950 Taylor Drive and is estimated to be complete in 2021.

The Theodore Residential Development -
Construction of a 10 storey, 115 unit apartment complex in Calgary. Ground-level will feature retail spaces, and the building will include a 2 storey underground parkade.

Polykar Plastics Manufacturing Facility -
According to Polykar, the new facility will add approximately 30 million pounds of production capacity and expand the company’s reach and expertise to serve the retail, commercial, and institutional sectors.

The expansion project will see the addition of a second ice rink, which will include seating for over 1200.

Integrated Propane Dehydrogenation and Polypropylene Plant -

Dominion Apartment Complex -
Construction of the dominion apartment complex will involve two 15-storey towers located in Calgary's Bridgelands neighbourhood. Each tower will contain approximately 150 units.

Bragg Creek Flood Mitigation Berms -
The project will build a number of berms around Bragg Creek to redirect floodwaters away from residential and commercial areas. The project has $27M in funding from the provincial government and $5.2M in funding from the federal government.

Stettler Grain Terminal -
Construction of a new 42,000 tonne grain terminal in Stettler, than is located on the CP Rail line. A railway loop track will be built that can accommodate a 150-car unit train. Construction is expected to be complete in 2020.

Modernization of Ross Sheppard High School. The project will look to update the school, including classrooms, the gym, and the building envelope/structure.

Aurum Road Extension -
Extension of Aurum Road in east Edmonton from 9 Street Northeast to 17 Street Northeast.

Huxley Grain Terminal -
GrainsConnect (JV between Australia-based GrainCorp and Japanese co-op Zen-Noh) plans to build a 35,000 tonne elevator in Huxley, creating 12-15 full time jobs once it is operational. It will feature a 134 rail car loop, capable of loading & [Read More]

Alberta School for the Deaf Modernization -
The project will modernize the Alberta School for the Deaf. This will include interior renovations and upgrades.

Parkland RCMP Detachment -
The facility will house police officers from Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, along with provincial and RCMP officers. The building will be 53,000 square feet upon completion.

Ecole J.E. LaPointe School Modernization -

Paul First Nation Reserve K-9 School -
Construction of a new K - 9 school on the Paul First Nation Reserve.

Eagle Butte High School Modernization -
Modernization of the existing 51,940 square foot Eagle Butte High School, with the addition of a 3,229 square foot educational facility. School is located in Dunmore, and is part of the Prairie Rose School Division No. 8.
