Invest Alberta is pleased to welcome Nitin Sathawane as a Senior Advisor, supporting Invest Alberta’s mission to attract strategic investment from India, EMEA, and the North American markets into Alberta.
In this advisory capacity, Nitin will collaborate closely with the Invest Alberta team to shape market-entry strategies, advise on cross-border partnerships, and help position Alberta as the North American hub of choice for innovative, high-growth companies from across the globe/around the world.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, Nitin brings proven expertise in building scale-up ecosystems, advising high-growth firms, and navigating complex international expansions.
In his last role, he led the development of a robust deep tech ecosystem in Alberta, working with global hyperscalers, academic institutions, and government agencies. His track record aligns directly with Alberta’s push to grow future-facing sectors such as Technology, Data Centers, AI, Quantum Computing, Fintech, Clean Energy, and Enterprise Digital Transformation.
Nitin’s experience, global network, and deep understanding of ecosystem building will enhance Invest Alberta’s efforts to attract sustainable investment, create high-value jobs, and build long-term international partnerships as we continue advancing Alberta’s role as a global investment destination.
